The Bowers & Wilkins Headphones app allows you to adjust the Noise Cancellation features of your headphones, such as the environment filter and ambient pass-through options. The app can also be used to adjust or disable the headphones wear sensor, perform firmware updates, adjust the standby timer, disable voice prompts, and perform a factory reset on your headphones.
Note: Noise cancellation and wear sensor options are not available for PI3 earphone users.
The Headphones app can be downloaded from the Apple app store on iOS devices or the Google Play store on Android devices.
To allow for your headphones to be accessed via the app, you need to add your headphones. To do this, launch the app and follow the instructions pertaining app notifications and permissions. Then on the main screen, tap + and follow the on-screen instructions.
Note: iPad users will need to filter app store results to show 'iPhone Only' applications in order to download the Headphones app on their device.
To allow your headphones to be discovered and interacted with using the Headphones app, Android users should permit the use of Location services. We will not use your location for tracking or marketing purposes.
