NoiseTorch
NoiseTorch is an easy to use golang open source application for Linux with PulseAudio. It creates a virtual microphone that suppresses noise, in any application. Use whichever conferencing or VOIP application you like and simply select the NoiseTorch Virtual Microphone as input to torch the sound of your mechanical keyboard, computer fans, trains and the likes.
Third-party software applications available included MacDraw, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Aldus PageMaker. Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (originally by Forethought ) were actually developed and released first for the Macintosh, and similarly Microsoft Word 1 for Macintosh was the first time a GUI version of that software. For a long time, there was no really practical way to import MacDraw files in PC applications. Our best bet was till recently to import the MacDraw pictures in a Word for Mac file, to export these files as Word for Windows files from Mac Word (not in Word for Windows, since the Windows conversion module, up to version 6, strips all Macintosh graphics in the imported file) and to. Where can I find a MacDraw-like program for Windows, preferably shareware or low cost? Way back in the 1980's, I used to be able to use MacDraw to create decent drawings. I could choose shapes (circles, rectangles, lines, and so forth) from the palette, put them onto the canvas, resize them, color them, and so forth. ClarisDraw was the final incarnation of MacDraw, one of the early Macintosh applications. Development of Apple's drawing program ended in 1997 when Claris was dismembered. ClarisDraw supports very large file sizes and allows very fine control of both objects (text boxes, arrows, etc) and bit mapped paint boxes. The image to the right shows a composite of six.
