Beretta Tomcat Inox Frame Cracked

The 3032 Tomcat offers all the features of the 21 Bobcat, adding a wide slide and a contoured tang to protect the thumb web and increase pistol control. The snag-proof design and slide blade front sight permit quick presentation and fast target acquisition followed by smooth, crisp trigger pull in double/single action. The tip-up barrel allows direct chamber loading and safe clearing of the pistol. Jamming and stovepiping problems are virtually eliminated by the open slide design shared by all small frame Berettas. The Tomcat's barrel is forged from special high-strength steel; precisely rifled for accuracy. It has a black finish. The Inox Tomcat model has a stainless steel slide and barrel with an exceptionally corrosion-resistant and durable gray-anodized frame to match the color and finish of the stainless components. The trigger, hammer, safety, magazine and other metal parts are blued.

Right from their inception, Beretta small frame pistols such as the 3032 Tomcat Inox were designed to be carried concealed. Therefore, the lines of the Tomcat are snag-free, with the sights being engineered to easily slide in and out of a holster, pocket or belly-band without catching on anything. I have the Tomcat Inox. My very favorite carry gun. The frame cracking issue can be avoided by not shooting ammo with a muzzle energy over 130 ft./lbs. (basically.32 ammo over 71 grain). My Tomcat is very accurate, super reliable, and fun to carry and shoot.

Here is my new bug. Complete with cargo/wallet holster from Stoner. Also an Uncle Mikes ankle rig. I looked at several including the Ruger LPC, Kahr p9, Bersa, Walther pps, just to name a few. I bought it for my off hand. So here is my new Beretta - Tomcat. Breach loadable or magazine fed. Also, Beretta has been working with customers, and rumored that even those that are out of their 12 month warranty, to replace the broken Tomcat 3032 black framed pistols with the thicker upper slide Tomcat 3032 INOX version (With an up-charge) that proves to be much less failure prone.
